2. Data Intelligence & Intellectual Property

We take our algorithms seriously. All predictive models, market trend analysis frameworks, and business insight methodologies provided by Petalytics are protected by intellectual property laws.

How does this impact you? While you own the raw data you provide, we own the underlying "intelligence engine" that processes it. You're granted a non-exclusive license to use the insights we generate for your internal business growth, but redistributing our secret sauce to third parties is a no-go.

3. User Responsibilities

Are you providing accurate data? It's vital. We rely on the integrity of the information you input to deliver those advanced analytics.

• Keep your login credentials secure.
• Don't try to reverse-engineer our modelling layers.
• Follow all West Midlands and UK-wide data protection regulations.

4. Limitation of Liability

Data is dynamic, and while our modelling is state-of-the-art, we don't hold a crystal ball. Petalytics shall not be liable for business decisions made based on predictive modelling results. We provide the map; you drive the car.

5. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to suspend access if we detect breach of contract or activities that put our infrastructure at risk. We'll always try to resolve things with a conversation first, but security is our priority.
